heidefisch ist „ASC Aquaculture Champion 2026“
Die Fischzucht heidefisch ist bei den ASC & MSC Awards Deutschland 2026 als „ASC Aquaculture Champion 2026“ ausgezeichnet worden. Der Aquaculture Stewardship Council (ASC) würdigte damit am 1. Oktober 2026 zehn Jahre konsequente ASC-Zertifizierung und das langjährige Engagement des Familienbetriebs für verantwortungsvolle Fischzucht. heidefisch war 2016 die erste Forellenzucht Deutschlands mit ASC-Zertifizierung und produziert seitdem zu 100 Prozent nach dem ASC-Standard.

Sustainable fish farming from Germany
We raise our salmon trout according to the latest standards, using innovative technologies. The farming therefore takes place in modern recirculating aquaculture systems, which have extremely low water consumption.
In addition, our farm is the first ASC-certified fish farm in Germany and currently the only ASC-certified trout farm.
